Merry Christmas everyone! Let’s meet in Oria together!
With the intention to know better our Puglia, each year during our Christmas holidays, we visit a city in the region whose beauty and secrets are shown to other members by the local FOP members. In the past we have visited Lecce, Bari and Brindisi. This year, on 27 December we shall meet at Oria.
Anna and Patty, two FOP members from Oria, have already organised what will be 'for many of us the first visit to this beautiful medieval city. The tour will take place mainly in the morning at the old town. At lunchtime, we would stop in a typical restaurant, “The Court of Hyria”, tasting old recipes in an environment dedicated to the cuisine and its medieval flavour. In the afternoon after coffee in one of the sleek bar in the centre we will have the chance to visit other places of interest ... all clearly rain permitting.
