As the Football World Cup in South Africa is approaching, Friends of Puglia would like to introduce you to the cuisine of Slovakia and that of New Zealand, two of the nations the Italy will play in the Group F.
We thought that it would be ideal to get to know our opponents through their cuisine and play, our style, a friendly match based on traditional dishes and culinary specialities.
Our first appointment will be in the prestigious Czechoslovak National House and Restaurant, centre of the Czechoslovak community, where we will be able to taste their traditional beers Pilsner Urquell and Budweiser Budvar, as well as delicious dishes of the Czechoslovak traditions.
