"The Hidden Art" at Barbican

The Hidden Art “The Hidden Art” is a documentary by Alfredo De Giuseppe, finalist for the Best Documentary prize at the London International Documentary Festival. On Wednesday the 1st of April at 6:30pm at the Barbican Arts Centre in London, there will be a screening of the documentary “The Hidden Art” of Alfredo De Giuseppe, in competition at the London International Documentary Festival.

Set in Salento, the documentary recounts the day of four characters, who despite having a normal (and sometimes alienating) work routine, find ways and time to express their artistic abilities.

The screening will be followed by a discussion with Sally Skaife, Alfredo De Joseph and Gigi Campanile coordinated by Patrizia Scarascia.

For the occasion, the CINESALENTO will choose a winner among spectators in the room of the projection of the documentary and the prize will be a week for two people to Tricase, to be spent during the Salento International Film Festival.
