Ingredients for 4 people:
- 500 gr. Flour
- Plenty of water
- 100 gr. Salt
- Natural yeast
Method
Sift the flour into a bowl large enough. Add the yeast (obtained with water and flour left slightly sour) to dissolve in the flour and water added gradually.
Once mixed a third of the flour, cover the dough with the remaining flour and cover everything with a cloth. Let it rise for 5-6 hours.
Dissolve 100 grams of salt in warm water and start kneading the flour and the dough before baking. Once you get a homogeneous mixture, extract small buns and work them with your hands to make compact and uniform. Let rise for 1 - 2 hours covered with a cloth.
Bake for an hour or to 200 degrees.
