Roberto Ferri at Italian Cultural Institute
Beyond the senses
From the 20th of March until the 22nd of April the outstanding paintings by Roberto Ferri will be on display at the Italian Cultural Institute in Belgrave Square, London, for an exhibition entitled “Beyond the Senses”.
Born in Taranto in 1978 where he graduated at the local Art School "Lisippo”, Roberto follows his studies from his first self-taught painting and at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome, where he discusses the research on ancient painting and graduating with the highest grade.
With a contemporary technique and at the same time provocative, ironic and uninhibited enough to recall the surrealism of Dali, his painting draws the pose and the perfection of the bodies of the great Italian masters from Michelangelo to Caravaggio and to the Guercino.
